• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering).

• Additional training or certification in project management will be an advantage.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction/project execution.

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools will be an advantage.

Job Context:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed as per design, specifications, and timelines. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work progress as per schedule.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site staff for smooth execution.

Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Quality Control & Assurance

• Ensure all construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Implement corrective actions for any deviations from standards.

Cost Control & Material Management

• Monitor material requisition as per BOQ, usage and minimize wastage.

• Coordinate with procurement for timely material supply.

• Assist in budget control and cost monitoring at the project site.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at the construction site.

• Conduct safety inspections and promote a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal departments.

• Resolve site issues and provide technical support to the team.

• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, approvals, and reports.
