Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing Buyers and nurturing them from sample development until shipment.
∎ Demonstrate profound expertise in managing buyer relationships and interactions.
∎ Proficiently manage product development and sampling initiatives.
∎ Exercise direct oversight over all aspects of the production process, ensuring flawless execution.
∎ Skillfully prepare costing sheets and determine pricing for KNIT garments.
∎ Adhere rigorously to the processes and protocols established by buyers.
∎ Serve as a knowledgeable troubleshooter, offering valuable insights to the factory, production, and quality teams regarding fabric, production, and quality-related technical matters.
∎ Contribute as an integral team member, aligning with the company's and buyer's Codes of Conduct (COC).
∎ Collaborate closely with the production team, ensuring punctual shipment and that Merchandisers provide timely updates on order status to the buyer.
∎ Display proactive engagement in managing material inventory, production progress, adherence to quality benchmarks, and team performance.
∎ Possess significant experience in KNIT factory operations.
∎ Tackle any special tasks or assignments delegated by the company as necessitated by the role.
