Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in identifying employee development opportunities.
∎ Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
∎ Monitor employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
∎ Conduct training sessions on organizational policies and professional development.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
∎ Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on key metrics.
