Duly incorporated under the Companies Act of 1994 and registered under the registrar of Joint Stock of Companies, we are fully licensed to operate as a Cable Television Service Provider and an Internet Service Provider in Bangladesh. Established in 2007, we became the master distributor of a number of high quality satellite and cable TV services.
∎ Over the last few years we have transformed into one of the largest cable TV distribution houses in Bangladesh. Our channels reach maximum cable TV households in the country directly or indirectly. We currently represent 8 channels of Star TV Networks & BBC etc. as exclusive distributor.
∎ For our upcoming digital cable and internet services, we require committed and energetic individuals to join our HR department. The requirements are as follows:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain HR reports, documents and files of all employees.
∎ Maintaining historical human resource records by filing and retrieval system; keeping
∎ past and current records
∎ Provide HR advice and support to employees; explain procedures and policies in a timely and effective manner
∎ Generate reports for senior management as per their need for analyzing employee performance
∎ Generate and present ideas for organizational development and growth to senior management
∎ Orientation and placement of resources in an efficient manner
∎ Actively engage and manage recruitment process as per requirement
∎ Effective HR management systems, support and monitoring
∎ Performance Management Systems
∎ Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
∎ Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; exit interviews;
∎ recommends changes
∎ Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
∎ programs
∎ Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and
∎ discipline employees; schedules management conferences with employees; hears and resolve employee grievances; counsels' employees and supervisors in consultation
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state
∎ requirements
∎ Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource
∎ policies and procedures.
∎ Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
∎ Maintaining human resources staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning,
∎ monitoring, and appraising job results
∎ Maintaining continuity among Head office, department, and local work teams by documenting and
∎ communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Good contextual knowledge of local issues, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints
∎ and realities, and environmental conditions
∎ Knowledge of Central and state laws relating to employment
∎ Should have Counseling and guidance skills and a strong potential for negotiation
∎ Eliminating the risk and damage of employment litigation

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of experience in related field
∎ Fluent in Good in English
∎ Excellent writing skill Bengali & English is critical to succeed in this position
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
∎ Knowledge of different software tools for HR management
∎ Ability to solve problems independently or with minimal guidance
∎ High level analytical skills in solving administrative problems
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multi-task
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people

Salary:
∎ Commensurate to competencies and experience
