∎ Comprehensive knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, factory safety standards, and compliance requirements.
∎ Proficient working knowledge of ERP systems.
∎ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities.
∎ Strong conceptual thinking, documentation, and presentation skills.
∎ Willingness to be stationed beside the factory premises as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned business functions, addressing HR inquiries and issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with business leaders to promote employee learning, development, and performance improvement.
∎ Support organizational restructuring efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and appropriate HR support.
∎ Implement competency development programs and assist in building a strong talent management pipeline.
∎ Manage recruitment, onboarding, transfers, confirmations, performance evaluations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
∎ Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and investigations into discrimination or harassment.
∎ Drive process improvements in resourcing and policy implementation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
∎ Provide regular HR reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.
∎ Foster positive working relationships across teams and promote a high-performance culture.
