Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management; (Masters are preferred)
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
