Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the HR & Admin department's everyday operations.
∎ Manage recruitment & selection processes.
∎ Ensure overall payroll management to ensure timely salaries and benefits are paid.
∎ Handle disciplinary actions for the employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor Leave Record, Monthly Payroll, and Employee Database.
