∎ Proven experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry·
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
∎ Ability to work independently and ability to drive HR initiatives.
∎ Proven experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and monitor manpower requirements in accordance with the approved plan, overseeing recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
∎ Supervise daily HR activities, including work schedules, enforcement of policies and procedures, leave management, preparation of salary and wage sheets, and monitoring of daily attendance and absenteeism.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
∎ Ensure all HR-related data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books, and registers are properly prepared, issued, updated, and maintained according to the company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ Handle disciplinary and grievance issues, and manage employee relations in compliance with the law.
∎ Ensure factories are always prepared for audits.
∎ Adhere to company policy in all HR operations, by the Bangladesh Labor Act/Rules.
∎ Implement strategic corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines related to HR and Admin issues.
∎ Manage employee health and hygiene, safety and security, and labor-management relations.
∎ Ensure the efficient operation of security, personnel, and material safety, hygiene, and environmental standards at the facility.
∎ Address compliance issues following the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Compile HR reports as per management's requirements.
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
