∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,North South University,University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,BRAC University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Environmental & Chemical management and also follow up the chemical compliance issues of all customers as per requirement.
∎ Capable to handle Higg FEM and other environmental audits.
∎ For Environment Programs, activities include resource efficiency, renewable energy initiatives, water related programs, chemical initiatives such as ZDHC, Clean chain, Detox program, Reach, etc.
∎ support strategy development including implementation, ensuring that program-related activities and initiatives at facility and industry levels are executed.
∎ Programs on water, climate and chemical needs to be executed in proper manner and facilitate technical support to factories in case its needed.
∎ To ensure sustainability goals are met following both social and environmental standards our factories; & being a sustainability subject matter expert identifying upcoming challenges based on market trends and initiating projects/programs for future strategic plans.
∎ Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
∎ Ensure 100% MRSL for H&M
∎ Communicate with Buyer like H&M, Levis, AEO, G-Star, Inditex etc. to fulfill their requirements.
∎ Conduct Chemical and wastage inventory and regular environmental training.
∎ Taking part in accident / incident investigation.
∎ Performing Environmental Risk Assessment.
