Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating project launching plan, keeping all stakeholders updated, achieving timelines as per schedule.
∎ Developing a master plan for projects aligning all stakeholders who are held accountable for project implementation.
∎ Analyzing project-wise assumptions/ considerations to achieve a master plan in coordination with the stakeholders.
∎ Developing project finishing plan & follow up to ensure project H/O on time.
∎ Tracking apartment modification decisions and timely execution towards customer commitment.
∎ Design drawing (D&D) and material requirements (SCM) information management and following up to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Keeping track of stakeholders' activities and preparing evaluation reports.
∎ Standardizing activities to automate project management
∎ Assisting/ preparing policy/ SOP with the required information for process optimization.
∎ Any other task/ project assigned by Management is required as and when.

∎ Age 29 to 36 years
