Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University with good academic track record. MBA in HRM/ PGDHRM will get preference.

Job Context:
∎ A renowned Group of Companies of the country is looking for potential candidates as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (HR & Compliance) for its 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located at Gazipur.
∎ Job Location for the position is at factory, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for looking after the HR & Compliance related issues of the Knit Garments Factory under the guidance of Head of HR & Compliance.
∎ The ideal candidate should have sound HR knowledge on recruitment, attendance & leave management, performance management, training, employee relations, disciplinary procedure maintenance, grievance handling etc.
∎ The candidate should have also experience in compliance related documents preparation, buyer management & perform compliance related jobs effectively.
∎ Candidates having minimum 5 years related experience in reputed Knit garments factories out of which 2 years in similar position are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 05 years related experience in factory HR & Compliance.
∎ Candidates having hands on experience in managing the HR & Compliance issues of Knit Garments Factory ( as per Buyers requirement ) are only encouraged to apply..
∎ Should have the capacity to face Buyers Inspection team, answer their queries & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement
∎ Should be fluent in Bangla & English correspondences both in written & oral forms and have very good knowledge on computer applications
