Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ CA Partly Qualification (Part 2/3) is Mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carryout compliance plan throughout the year and continuous contribution to the development and implementation of Heat Map.
∎ Ensure adequate understanding of the compliance structure provided by the regulatory guidelines.
∎ Ensure that the organizational structure and day to day activities are in line with the regulatory framework.
∎ Ensure ongoing development and administration of compliance program for all employees.
∎ Carry out investigations related to possible non-compliance or to ensure compliance is taking place and monitor compliance program that have been put in place to ensure adequacy through gap analysis.
∎ Conduct a monthly compliance meeting with Managing Director & CEO and reporting to Audit Committee of Board of Directors through Head of Internal Audit & Compliance.
∎ Participate in training closely related to job and attend any other training program/seminar/dialogue as required.
