Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performance management - deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.
∎ Recruitment and selection - direct and manage the recruitment management process and train line managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
∎ Reporting and management of human resources metrics - produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, leave, absenteeism and turnover.
∎ Human resources policies - enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Intelligent, well organized, self-motivating, personable individual with good communication skills both oral and written.
∎ Well versed in computer skills and good command in written & spoken English.
∎ 3-4 years' experience within an HR environment.
