We are looking for a high caliber, proactive IT Officer to manage our day-to-day IT operations and optimize our cloud ecosystem and be part of our commitment to therapeutic progress for the benefits of patients
Responsibilities
To manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) and identity governance (MFA, Conditional Access).
To monitor and maintain office network and device connectivity.
To deploy, configure, and administer cloud migration initiatives and service rollouts
To implement endpoint security and ensure device management
To coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for deployments.
To maintain IT documentation, configuration records, and asset inventory
To assist with security incident response and audit readiness
