Educational Requirements:

• BSC Engineering , Textile Engineering, or preferred from Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) or DUET

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in ISO, HACCP, GMP or relevant quality standards is preferred.

Must-have Expertise:·      

• Strong knowledge of textile raw materials, fabric types, dyeing, printing, knitting, and weaving

• Deep understanding of RMG production processes and international buyer compliance requirements.

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager – Quality Control to lead and strengthen our quality systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies, procedures, and systems.

·       Ensure products comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

·       Supervise and guide QC/QA teams and evaluate their performance.

·       Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.

·       Monitor production processes and resolve quality-related issues.

·       Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

·       Analyse quality data and prepare reports for top management.

·       Lead quality improvement projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Ensure proper documentation and record keeping as per ISO/ GMP/HACCP standards.

·       Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D departments to maintain product quality.

·       Manage calibration and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment.

·       Train employees on quality awareness and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
