• Professional training in Lean, IE and Production Management will be an advantage.

Job Context: Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidate for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production, maximizing capacity and minimizing waste.
• Ensure line loading, capacity planning and manpower allocation are optimized.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production targets and take corrective actions.
• Monitor SMV, efficiency, absenteeism and downtime.
• Monitor and improve sewing, finishing and overall floor operations.
• Control manpower costs, monitor consumption and optimize production for lowest cost.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce rejection and rework (DHU).
• Ensure production operations comply with buyer code of conduct, social compliance, fire & safety and Bangladesh Labor Law.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards and SOPs.
• Manage in-process and final inspections, ensuring quality goods are shipped.
• Lead and develop production teams.
• Manage production planning, material flow and shipment schedules.
• Provide data analysis and reports (KPIs, performance gaps) to top management.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
• Propose process improvements and efficiency enhancement measures.
• Identify process gaps, redesign processes and implement new techniques.
• Provide technical support and feedback to buyers.
• Support Industrial Engineering team to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflow.
• Lead, motivate and develop Production Managers, Line Chiefs, Supervisors and Operators.
