Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – MIS to manage and optimize our reporting systems and data processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and operational system management, with hands-on knowledge of Trackwell for product traceability and WFX (World Fashion Exchange) systems. This role will support business decision-making by providing accurate reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and operational teams.
Manage and monitor data within Trackwell for product traceability and WFX systems to ensure proper tracking of orders, production, and workflow.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all MIS platforms.
Develop dashboards, automated reports, and data visualization tools for better business insights.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and supply chain teams to collect and validate operational data.
Monitor production status, order progress, and operational KPIs through system reports.
Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
Generate buyer-wise, style-wise, and production-wise performance reports.
Identify discrepancies in system data and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
Maintain and update master data within Trackwell and WFX systems.
Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
Work closely with IT and system administrators to resolve system issues and improve functionality.
Implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data reliability.
Maintain documentation of MIS processes, report structures, and data management procedures.
Provide system support and training to internal users on Trackwell and WFX modules.
