Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for Knitwear Garments to lead and manage our knitwear garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and managing a large production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete knitwear garment manufacturing operations from planning to shipment.

  • Manage production planning, capacity utilization, and ontime delivery/Shipment

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer requirements.

  • Monitor production costs and implement cost control measures.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

  • Lead and develop production staff, supervisors, and department heads.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and factory regulations.

  • production targets, resolving operational issues, and implementing quality management systems
