Responsibilities & Context:

• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting production activities.

• To responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyer’s quality parameters or requirements.

• Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA.

• To receive the fabrics from dyeing section & check all received fabrics.

• Make the cutting plan as the importance of time and shipment schedule.

• Fix the daily production target as per discussion with operation manager, DGM to realize the target with quality.

• To maintain liaison with sewing, printing, embroidery & dyeing section regarding quality & quantity.

• Plan wise cutting monitoring.

• Timely provide short list and send to concern department.

• To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.

• To ensure discipline in the floor.

• To maintain ISO, COC & GPQ requirements.

Any other work assigned as and when required by management.
