Lead and guide the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling manpower requirements efficiently and within agreed timelines while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to prioritize hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely recruitment decisions.
Talent Sourcing Strategy
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent through internal mobility, external recruitment channels, and strategic talent mapping.
Campus & Employer Relations
Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, institutes, and placement offices to establish a sustainable pipeline of high-potential fresh graduates and emerging talent.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all recruitment activities and employment practices comply with organizational policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Organizational Development
Develop and lead organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession management, organizational design, and capability-building programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with the Group Head – HR to design and implement people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and support long-term business growth.
Continuous Improvement & Analytics
Monitor recruitment and organizational development metrics, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and organizational capability.
