Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Talent Identification & Succession Planning

    • Identify and assess high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines aligned with the organization's strategic priorities and future leadership requirements.

  2. Critical Talent & Position Management

    • Identify critical positions across the organization and establish robust internal and external talent pools to ensure business continuity and succession readiness.

  3. Talent Acquisition Governance

    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and consistency.

  4. Recruitment Planning & Execution

    • Lead and guide the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling manpower requirements efficiently and within agreed timelines while maintaining quality hiring standards.

  5. Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to prioritize hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely recruitment decisions.

  6. Talent Sourcing Strategy

    • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent through internal mobility, external recruitment channels, and strategic talent mapping.

  7. Campus & Employer Relations

    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, institutes, and placement offices to establish a sustainable pipeline of high-potential fresh graduates and emerging talent.

  8. Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure all recruitment activities and employment practices comply with organizational policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

  9. Organizational Development

    • Develop and lead organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession management, organizational design, and capability-building programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

  10. Strategic HR Partnership

    • Partner with the Group Head – HR to design and implement people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and support long-term business growth.

  11. Continuous Improvement & Analytics

    • Monitor recruitment and organizational development metrics, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and organizational capability.
