Additional Requirements:
5-7 years' experience in garment embellishment, rhinestone, heat transfer, or garment production.
Strong knowledge of hotfix rhinestone machines and attachment techniques.

Plan and manage daily production for rhinestone heat transfer / hotfix attachment.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per shipment deadlines.
Ensure proper rhinestone placement, bonding strength, and finishing quality.
Implement quality checks during and after production.
Minimize rejection, damage, and rework.
Supervise operation of hotfix/rhinestone attaching machines.
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and troubleshooting.
Improve production processes to increase efficiency.
Support in rhinestone attachment design and sticker sheet making.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, and Garment Factories regarding production schedules.
Monitor production cost and reduce wastage of rhinestones and materials.
Improve efficiency to control operational cost.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Update management on production status, challenges, and improvements.
