Responsibilities & Context:
The employee is expected to -
Conduct inspection of raw jute in various locations and grade the material, based on the quality being found.
He must be confident in his knowledge of jute and have the experience and ability to grade different qualities through visual inspection and using relevant testing equipment.
The inspector is required to be an expert in raw jute, but it is beneficial to have knowledge in other forms of jute, such as fabric, yarn and bags as well.
