• Ensure 100% fabric quality and inspection compliance as per SOP.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve buyer-specified finished product quality.

• Monitor and analyze fabric inspection based on the 4-point system.

• Conduct tests and analyze reports as per buyer requirements.

• Manage shade assessments and maintain shade and quality approval procedures.

• Lead and manage the fabric inspection team, ensuring 4-point inspection methodology.

• Collaborate with the Production Planning team to ensure on-time delivery and order closure.

• Address and resolve any fabric-related claims/complaints arising during garment production.

• Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement preventive actions to reduce rejections.

• Maintain the Fabric Quality FTT (First Time Through) dashboard to monitor and evaluate mill performance.
