Responsibilities & Context:
Make a pre-production sample & finding out critical process
Ensure line layout and process development
Ensure all the quality standards at all process as buyer requirements
Ensure layout zero feeding and keep layout report in the file
Make a finish pattern for the line feeding
Analyze bottlenecks in sewing operations
Provide technical solutions to improve line efficiency and reduce machine downtime
Suggest proper folders, guides, and attachments to improve efficiency
