Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate HR development and training needs and compliance.
∎ Manage the paperwork around interviewing, hiring, staffing, training, safety environment
∎ Look after employee relations, career development, training initiatives.
∎ Ensure that HR process and procedures are constantly communicated and administered to all officials and also keep Management informed.
∎ Help Head of HR for workforce planning, skills assessment.
∎ Performance Management
∎ Reward/Recognition Management.
∎ HRM Management.
∎ Managing employees benefits and compensation, employees records and personnel policies
∎ Develop internal office system
∎ Should have knowledge in existing Labour Law & Computer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ General Requirements:
∎ Excellent command in English (both written and oral)
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Good computer skill is a must
∎ Experience Required:
∎ Must have 13-15 years and above practical experience in similar position in a reputed national/multinational organization in relevant field.
