• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Diploma in Agriculture

• BSC/Diploma in Agriculture from any well reputed institute

  or,

• Minimum HSC in Science with 01 to 02 years of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of seed marketing

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Interest in field-level sales work

• Good presentation and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare item-wise sales plans and party-wise collection plans on a monthly basis

• Develop monthly work plans and tour programs

• Identify new market opportunities and actively search for potential dealers

• Support Area Managers in dealer and retailer enrollment

• Conduct sales operations and strengthen collection drives

• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets

• Carry out product demonstrations and PDS activities to promote product performance and create demand among farmers

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management when required
