Responsibilities & Context:

Lal Teer Seed Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first research based and ISO 9001-2008 certified Seed Company in the private sector of Bangladesh engaged in developing, producing and selling of different varieties of vegetable, rice and other seeds along with Pesticide products marketed through its domestic and overseas distribution network.

Now we are inviting application from the competent and deserved candidates in the responsible positions as mentioned below:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professional to lead the Sales Division as “General Manager – Sales”. This pivotal role demands a leader with deep knowledge of the Agro Chemical/FMCG products, strong business acumen and the ability to manage a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead the nationwide sales strategy, planning, and execution for the various FMCG products.

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team across the country.

  • Drive market penetration, channel development, and revenue growth.

  • Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to maintain brand competitiveness.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Establish and grow distribution networks in untapped geographies.

  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional buyers.

  • Negotiate terms and drive partnerships with key channel partners.

  • Drive customer-centric sales initiatives and relationship management with distributors, dealers and retailers.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all sales operations.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to monitor customer satisfaction.
