Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and Conduct Interview for the management / non management employees for the group as per approval.
∎ Prepare Interview questionnaire based on required competency for each role.
∎ Provide support to recruitment manager for hiring employees for the group.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to get the manpower approval as and when required.
∎ Conduct salary negotiation and prepare offer / appointment letter for the selected candidates and conduct background reference checking before serving the appointment letter to the candidate.
∎ Maintain and update CV data bank for future requirement of the company.
∎ Prepare hiring related MIS as required for the management / non management roles.
∎ Resolve queries of management staff regarding recruitment related to HR policies and processes.
∎ Conduct induction program for the new joiners.
∎ Need to travel frequently inside Bangladesh for recruitment purpose.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
