∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ BSC in Civil Engineering will be added advantage

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in Rebar Fabrication related to civil construction works
∎ Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule
∎ Rebar Threading for Coupler

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Line Manager in preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly production plan for the Cut & Bend Plant including Rebar Threading for Coupler.
∎ Ensure Achievement of yield, wastage percentage, productivity by identifying and implementing process and technical improvement.
∎ Identify, analyze and resolve issues pertaining to production efficiency.
∎ Review and analyze production MIS on a regular basis to identify issues and improvement areas.
∎ Monitor adherence to quality specifications regularly.
∎ Ensure delegation of authority as per defined process and policy.
∎ Monitor availability of resources required to meet production targets.
∎ Plan for Plant shut-down, recommended by the maintenance team for any scheduled preventive maintenance.
∎ Manage operation, process and workshop delays to increase productivity.
∎ Analyze cost of products by using different methods.
∎ Monitor availability of raw materials and accessories for smooth production.
∎ Manage required ERP data for Production Planning and ERP Batch Closing.
∎ Compliance to ISO QMS and EMS requirements as per standard.
∎ Review safety process periodically and formulate necessary guideline to reduce safety risk and hazard at workplace pertaining to legal provision.
∎ Managing technical projects for future capacity enhancement.
