Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any discipline with PGD in HRM
∎ Excellent Academic track record.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Knowledge in GMP, QMS, EHS, Performance Management, TD, CBR,Knowledge in Succession Planning, OD, Bangladesh Labor Law, Food Safety, ISO 45000.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
∎ Drive to implement the induction & training procedure at site. To make yearly training plan by identifying training needs (TNA) and ensure that training schedule is adhered to plan. Responsible to conduct, arrange and facilitate the training program and monitoring training effectiveness assessment.
∎ Lead the EHS team and oversee the development and implementation of health & safety program, and readiness for emergency situation of the manufacturing site.
∎ Set KPIs & Objectives of individual employee, evaluates productivity and helps workers to create long term career plans within the organization.
∎ Set & monitor employee compensation and benefit management.
∎ Take proper initiative for talent retention & reduce the employee turnover.
∎ Lead employee Performance Management, Appraisal & Succession planning process.
∎ Run employee engagement and recognition program at the site.
∎ Ensuring that all staff and workers within the factory are trained and motivated to maintain the quality standards of UCL.
∎ Prepare and implement Budget, Attendance monitoring, OT reduction and employee counseling.
∎ Manage and ensure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company.
∎ Ensure employee counseling and handling employee grievances & disciplinary issues.
∎ Ensure that all employees personal file and profiles in HRIS module are updated.
∎ Ensure in place and in use of HR SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as per need of the organization SOP and regulatory compliance.
∎ Take part in all activities in respect to company's annual plan, ISO 22000/HACCP/QMS/EHS etc.
∎ Take part in all related activities to implement Quality Management System in MFPL as guided by UCL quality representative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBA in HRM (Preferred) or MBA in any discipline with PGD in HRM with at least 5 to 8 years' experience in Food/ Manufacturing industry.
∎ Relevant experience of minimum 5 to 8 years in food, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry from which 2-3 years in managerial position.
∎ Knowledge in GMP, QMS, EHS, Performance Management, T&D, CBR, Knowledge in Succession Planning, OD, Bangladesh Labor Law, Food Safety, ISO 45000.
∎ Good skills on leadership, communication, interpersonal, motivational, teamwork & problem solving.
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having knowledge in management development plan.
∎ Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
