∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Knowledge in GMP, QMS, EHS, Performance Management, TD, CBR,Knowledge in Succession Planning, OD, Bangladesh Labor Law, Food Safety, ISO 45000.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing long-term and short-term HR strategies in line with organizational objectives i.e. talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
∎ HR budget management aligning with HR strategies, initiatives and functional activities.
∎ Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
∎ Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances and mediating and resolve conflicts between employees and/or departments and/or employer.
∎ Conducting investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary and disciplinary actions as per country laws.
∎ Identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
∎ Sourcing candidates through various channels and screening resumes.
∎ Coordinating interview and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
∎ Managing the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
∎ Working with PMS tools i.e. KPI, KRA, BSC (Balance Score Card).
∎ Identifying training needs (TNA) and development of training calendar, module, monitoring training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement of employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Managing payrolls and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, gratuity, and other fringe benefits (total rewards).
∎ Conducting various employee engagement programs i.e. Picnic, team building, various festival & national day celebration, indoor games, employee recognition programs etc.
∎ Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
∎ Generating reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Staying with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
∎ Handling social compliance audit i.e. SEDEX SMITA 4 Pillar, ETI.
∎ Maintaining liaisons with govt. bodies for managing license/Noc/legal permission as required by the country laws.
∎ Managing audits and investigations related to HR practices and procedures.
∎ Administering site security system, gate control, CC-tv surveillance.
∎ Supplier service monitoring and agreement renewals.
∎ Canteen management, visitor handling, regulatory body handling and other administrative task.
