Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and Implementing SHE standard and guidelines, regulatory compliances.
∎ Ensure monthly SHE report to Management & other respective authorities.
∎ Conduct site safety review meeting with internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Managing SHE scorecards, site KPIs (AIFR, TRFR), auditing, safety inspections and other SHE activities ie: emergency management & evacuation, fire drills, SHE awareness development through training and signage.
∎ Conducting robust risk assessment for task, equipment& locations i.e. TI, CTI, LHA, EHA, LHA.
∎ Ensuring accident/ incident management, reporting, investigations and recommend remedial actions.
∎ Issue site PTW and check for compliance as per SOP, also review the compliance for LOTOTO activities.
∎ Prepare SHE training calendar & conduct training as per plan.
∎ Ensure unsafe act & unsafe conditions, KAIZEN, OPL reporting in place.
∎ Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
∎ Ensure proper handling, storage of hazardous materials.
∎ Handling cross site & external SHE audits, electrical safety audits.
∎ Other task assigned by Management to ensure safe workplace.
