Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Processing & execution of orders from the very initial stage of sampling to final dispatch
∎ 2.Negotiation and understanding supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time.
∎ 3.Order and quantity update in the internal and customer online database
∎ 4.Effective follow up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards.
∎ 5.Work with relevant departments to ensure the delivery is maintained.
∎ 6.Preparing reports as per requirements of the management
∎ Preparing payment documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
