∎ JOB PURPOSE: Lead the field implementation team to ensure quality healthcare service provision at community level with appropriate staff deployment & development, supportive supervision and proper supply chain management.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In accordance with programme policy and strategies, facilitate implementation of planned activities in the field office operation area to ensure the achievements of project objectives
∎ Monitor and track the achievements of targeted activities and provide supportive supervision to the team members
∎ Facilitate staff recruitment, deployment & development and also performance management
∎ Review programme related crucial problems forwarded by the field staffs and take necessary step(s) to resolve those problems
∎ Promote an enabling environment at local field office by ensuring smooth implementation of HRPP, Gender and other organizational policies
∎ Liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders or partners, e.g. BRAC other programme, MOH&FW, other NGOs
∎ Prepare timely quality reports on programme performance
∎ Facilitate cost recovery process at the field level with appropriate supply chain, inventory, book keeping and financial management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in computer operation
∎ Written and verbal communication skills in Bengali
∎ Knowledge on nutrition, health sector in Bangladesh
∎ Organizational procedures and values
∎ People management
∎ Leadership and motivational skills
∎ 2 years of working experience in the relevant field will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
