Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production of ring spinning unit as per quality standard set by the quality department.
∎ Responsible for overall management of different shift.
∎ Ensure production efficiency at every stage of yarn manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure proper packing of finished good.
∎ Ensure production manpower handling. Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
∎ Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
∎ Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
∎ Resolving labor disputes, where requested. Perform any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
