Job Context
Entrust Group, a reputed 100% Export oriented RMG Manufacturer of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/DGM-HR, Compliance & Admin for its Factory.
Job Responsibilities
Review existing policies and create new policies align with organizational strategy, HR Vision and strategy.
Manage the recruitment/talent hunting process to attract and hire qualified candidates, preparing and publishing vacancy circular, developing & preparing written questionnaire, leading interview, etc.
Establish employee friendly job environment to attract and retain suitable candidates.
Follow up daily HR, Compliance & Admin related activities as organizational demand in keeping with company policy with strong supervision.
Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
Defining/setting KPI’s for all departmental employees especially mid and senior management employees and prepare performance report based on their set KPI.
Basic knowledge on monitoring the factory building maintenance work. Well conversant on Bangladesh Labor law and relevant national & International law/rules such as BNBC 2020, NFPA etc.
To lead and manage audit preparations for certifications and to prepare factory for different types of compliance audits like RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, BETTER WORK, HIGG-SLCP, GRS, RCS, ICS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, GOTS, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-14000 etc.
Must have experience to obtain license & renewal (Factory, Trade, Fire, Boiler, Environmental certificate, IRC, ERC etc.
Handle grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issue as per company policy.
Monitor factory security, safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
Follow up all policy, records, formats, statement, files, registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/ standards.
Coordinate with the factory management team for effective production and operation support.
