∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree from any recognized university preferably from Science or Commerce Background.
∎ Degree on Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Age not above 48 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and implement effective quality control system in factory to support consistent achievement of quality standard.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the footwear.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Manager.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Responsible for managing the product development process from the concept phase to post-launch analysis phase.
∎ Communicate with global sites regarding new product update and development.
∎ Co-ordinate among the departments within the factory for sample development and follow up overall development process.
∎ Any other tasks and duties which are relevant to JOB SUMMARY.
