∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidates having Textile Engineering / IE Background will be given preference.

Cutting Section, Knit garments, production management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the team & Lead them for smooth operation.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up and organizing a production schedule.
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective.
∎ Responsible for estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
∎ Assessment of project and resource requirements.
∎ Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary.
∎ Estimate costs and set the quality standards.
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Be responsible for the selection and schedule maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
∎ Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
∎ Review worker performance.
∎ Identify training needs and organizing relevant training sessions.
∎ Keep liaison with concern Merchandiser, Factory production Head .
∎ Any tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge on ERP and MS Office.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
