∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or MBA in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, HR Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Communicate with the concerns in Factory for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Prepare Manpower plan & Budget and ensure smooth recruitment.
∎ Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
∎ Timely checking up all safety instruments in the premises.
∎ Maintaining strict discipline everywhere in the factory.
∎ Interacting with regulators on compliance issues such as BSCI, SEDEX, OCS, GOTS etc. Wherever applicable.
∎ Manage all factory administrative activities, including accommodation, transportation, office, management, entertainment etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Having Organizational Management (Leadership) Quality.
∎ Labour Law conversant
∎ Sound knowledge on Fire prevention and Fire Fighting.
∎ Skill Required: Admin, compliance an HR
∎ Must be staying inside factory premises.
