Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oriental Knowledge on textile, Fiber and Yarn manufacturing & Process development.
∎ Elementary Knowledge on all raw materials, processes and other factors on the final product quality & performance.
∎ Understanding different types of fibers used in spinning (cotton, synthetic, blends) and their properties as well fiber & yarn quality.
∎ Elementary knowledge on required quality standards including quality control processes, inspections & testing perimeters & Development plans.
∎ Oriental Knowledge on safety protocols and regulations are adhered to within the spinning mill including monitoring safety measures & ensuring a safe work environment.
∎ Establishing Learning curve by Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in the spinning mill.
∎ Ability to Analyzing production data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
∎ Partnering with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop and utilize opportunities for achieving team goals.

∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Positive & proactive at work & able to work under pressure
∎ Meeting targets and deadlines.
∎ Well organized & able to learn & develop.
