∎ HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable for full production management of 20 lines as production planning, update, management, followup, quality, shipment, staffs management etc.
∎ Acknowledgement Buyer wise order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to serve relevant directions to the Production Manager regarding production plan.
∎ Provide necessary directions to the Production/Sample team to make a sample of particular byuer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and effluent manner.
∎ Co-ordinate with other department heads as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 Years ( 5 Years experience as Production AGM/GM).
Salary: Negotiable
