Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop operation strategies, ensure implementation of initiatives to reduce company costs and increasing employee productivity.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes.
∎ Allocating the company’s resources, materials and equipment to the most productive functions.
∎ Reviewing the Statutory compliances and buyers COC requirements are ensured at the operational areas.
∎ Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
∎ Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure on time shipments.
∎ Ensure superior product quality to ensure we exceeds customers’ expectation.
∎ Create a harmonious work environment through active engagement of associates and management through various motivational and team building activities.
∎ Create a healthy and harmonious work environment through people management, active engagement of associates and management through various motivational and team building activities.
