∎ Skills Required: Conflict management, Factory HR Administration, Leadership and Good Communication skill., People and Culture Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR function of the factory and implement different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Factory HR
∎ To recruit of right talent and also be responsible to manage budgeted carder.
∎ To follow up and ensure proper Housekeeping, Fire, Health & Safety of the office premises.
∎ To handle PC Committee, Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ To communicate with BEPZA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To structure required training program to enhance production and to bring supreme level of factory discipline.
∎ To lead the payroll team to prepare monthly salary, maternity benefit bills, death benefit bills etc.
∎ To assist in buyer audit or any third-party audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in managing large work force of which 2 years in similar post.
∎ Knowledge in all facets of HR functions (Operations).
∎ Well conversant with EPZ Act 2019, labor laws, Rules & amendments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Readymade Garments (Factory Level)
∎ A self-driven and assertive individual with business acumen.
∎ Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, conflict resolution skills and decision-maker with leadership abilities.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Able to multi-task and take the pressure.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
