Having minimum 10 years’ experience in Admin & HR department as the Head of the department in any renowned organization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with background in large local or international institutions, regulatory bodies, corporate organizations, or public sector administration will be preferred.

The Additional Director (Head of HR & General Administration) will provide strategic and operational leadership to the units of Corporate Services Division of ICAB under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Institute as per the recently approved organogram of ICAB under its reforms initiative to empower its management completely.
Position Details
Position Title: Additional Director (Head of HR & General Administration) reporting to the Director of Corporate Services Division.
Supervises: All the units under HR & General Administration
Employment Type: Permanent Position.
Key Responsibilities
The Additional Director (Head of HR & General Administration) will be responsible for:
Take initiatives for the upgradation of HR & Admin departments of ICAB,
Oversee, supervise and control the regular activities of HR & Admin,
Monitor, control and develop the ICAB premises (CA Bhaban) and property,
Supervise the recruitment, training, performance appraisal process, etc. of ICAB officials,
Oversee, supervise and develop the Procurement unit of ICAB,
Monitor and direct all the regional offices of ICAB,
Supervise and direct the help desk of ICAB,
Supervise and control the Members Welfare and IMWF unit of ICAB,
Take and propose disciplinary actions against employees when required,
Monitor the lift operation & generator of CA Bhaban,
Monitor the activities of dispatch section of ICAB,
Make correspondence with external organization assigned by the ICAB authority,
Organize various official and cultural programs at ICAB and any other activity assigned by the authority.
