Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Yarn Controller for our Sweater Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing yarn inventory, monitoring yarn consumption, ensuring timely supply to production, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily yarn stock, issuance, and balance.

• Ensure timely supply of yarn to the production floor.

• Track yarn consumption against production requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of yarn receipts, issues, and returns.

• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and store teams for yarn planning.

• Reconcile physical stock with system records regularly.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly yarn inventory reports.

• Identify and report any discrepancies, wastage, or shortages.

• Support yarn sourcing and follow up on delivery schedules.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of yarn to maintain quality.
