Factory Compliance, worker welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Present at office in just time.
∎ To motivate formation of different workers committee & monitoring all committee activities.
∎ To monitor all opportunity & facilities (e.g. Canteen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers.
∎ Aware of any leave and others rules & regulation to the worker.
∎ Training conduct to the new workers.
∎ Counseling to the worker and management to implement the laws and regulations in the factory.
∎ To communicate the facility medical officer for more medical facilities of workers.
∎ Report writing.
∎ To arrange all workers committee meeting & prepare minutes of the meeting.
∎ To keep all maternity benefit related documents properly.
∎ Make a good relation between management & worker.
∎ Development of workers attitude.
∎ Health and Safety proper management.
∎ Training conduct & counseling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in well known and renowned organization.
∎ Have knowledge on monitoring BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, INDITEX, etc. and related welfare issues and assist in different audits as requirements.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules.
∎ Sound knowledge on all welfare activities.
Salary: Negotiable
