∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree / Masters/ MBA in reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to ensure good relationship between workers and management.
∎ Daily floor counseling with absent worker and announcement in P A system
∎ Suggestion and complain box check -up weekly and report to dept. head of management.
∎ Daily attendance & OT report.
∎ Maintain training assessment report and harassment & happiness survey report.
∎ Handling employee grievance at the initial stage and counseling.
∎ Update occupancy board
∎ Conduct workers orientation, awareness and training program.
∎ Update the training tools. Video/ projector. ( cooperate all senior )
∎ Worker motivation to accomplish the organization's goal.
∎ Taking interview of new join worker.
∎ Personal File Prepare and posting on payroll with ID card issue.
∎ Maintaining PPE register.
∎ Data entry in Payroll system.
∎ Ensuring maternity workers health and benefit issues.
∎ Yearly increment, confirmation issue.
∎ Sending letter to absent worker.
∎ HR related tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Command in English.
∎ Must be Computer knowledge: MS Office & Typing both Bengali, English & making power point presentation as well.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillness.
∎ Knowledge in Bangladesh Labor law & EPZ law.
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
∎ Good motivational skill.
