Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
∎ Conducting awareness building related training on regular basis.
∎ Grievance Handling as per standard procedure & counseling of workers.
∎ Organizing motivational meeting , Seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
∎ To discuss with the factory management to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances (if any) in a timely fashion
∎ Maintaining awareness of and compliance with Company, Labor laws.
∎ Any other task provided by the Management time to time.
∎ The Welfare officer will be responsible for welfare activities, health & safety.
∎ Employee relations well versed with constitutional compliance counseling.
∎ Welfare related all sorts of documentation preparation & preservation in a systematic way..
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to accomplish & face audits: BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, C-TPAT, Accord & Alliance
∎ Sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules/ 2015
