Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Formulate relevant training plans, implementation and effect evaluation according to the TNA;
∎ 2. Responsible for the formulation or improvement of the department's training system process;
∎ 3. Responsible for the improvement of the ability of the middle and senior management personnel of the department;
∎ 4. Responsible for train production staff & develop skills to improve efficiency;
∎ 5. Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of outdoor training;
∎ 6. Responsible for department staff care;
∎ 7. Responsible for improving the working atmosphere of the department;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
