We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our team as a Assistant Financial Management Specialist/Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and financial operations, specifically focusing on payment processes, vendor registration, contract management, and purchase audits.

Job Responsibility:

• Verify contract and non-contract payment bills and vouchers for accuracy and compliance with company rules to control risk.
• Review company contracts and payment documents.
• Maintain daily tasks and provide timely reports.
• Conduct special business audits and prepare reports.
• Manage cost control and financial risk.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
